I just installed the FTP SW, not NI or ST. I haven't had any problems using it with other vendors - Omnisphere, Alchemy, Reaktor, and so on, although I don't use the FTP much.

Thanks rsinger. I guess I want to experience their presets, but imagine I'll use my faves more. I certainly would love to add Omnisphere 2 to the bunch.

I use my TriplePlay most the time as a simple MIDI device. I don't open up the software very often. I did just buy an East West Guitar MIDI pack and have been using it in Play some and in the TP software. Just getting in to it so cant report much. I got the Guitar/Bass pack.

Thanks BassDaddy   I would really like to jump on this week's deal and get the East West Orchestral one. I've watched the videos on all 5 packs.
 
Say, does yours have an upright? Acoustic 12 string? I don't recall....  probably ought to watch them again. I'm primarily a guitarist with a nice assortment of guitars, lap steels, mandolins, baritones, banjo and fiddle (learning to play that one or rather, work the bow!), so that one seems "peripheral" but I can't imagine it being useful. I have AAS Strum 2 full and IK American acoustic BTW.

I've tried to Run as Admin the SampleTank for TP, several times and even extracted the files twice to see if that might be the problem.
I get a message that says "that page can't be reached" and even the Refresh Page option does nothing...
 
Any suggestions?
 
I have installed the NI, Progression and Studio One, stuff, so far. I assume I'm supposed to install Triple Play after the Sample Tank 3.

Is this during ST install, or running after ST has been installed?  Yes, the TP software should be last in order to get the presets set up during TP install.

I can't seem to install the Sample Tank stuff from the Extracted ST Fishman download.
 
I do already have Sample Tank 3 from IK, but am trying to install all the various Triple Play options from Fishman
 
So I'm extracting the ST3 files then I try to "Run as Admin TriplePlay Startup" (Page can't be found)   and that's probably not what I'm supposed to do.
The TriplePlay Startup app is there and a content folder> 2 more folders > html and software
 
That software folder has 2 common with a Zipped SampleTank3 Sounds
and a win folder with install Sample Tank application
 
 

Sorry, man, I didn't see any of that.  I would contact the TP support folks.  They're a helpful bunch

I'm still sorting out the IK side of things. Since I went 64 bit in 2012 with both laptop and then desktop, I've not been installing anything 32 bit, but it seems the only way to get these IK Triple Play presets is to do the SampleTank 32 bit in addition to the 64 SampleTank3 .
 
Any comments on that?   BTW I have my IK (and almost all other) library on a separate "library" drive. Should I put the 32 bit IK ST there, too? or on my C (plenty of room)?
