Have not upgrade to Windows 10 yet (have to build a new DAW after my motherboard died).  Before I load Windows 10, I was wondering if Native Instruments old wonderful relics like B4 will load in Windows 10.  I know only a few still have B4,, but I don't want to loss access to it and Pro53.

So, anyone using Windows 10 and NI's B4?

I haven't been able to use B4 OR Pro-53 since Windows 7, when I went to 64-bit.  They just went belly up.

A bunch of the B4 sounds ended up getting rolled up into factory content with Kontakt 5, and I ended up getting the Arturia V Collection, which gave me a good Prophet emulation.

I hope that helps a little, it's all I got.

FWIW my B4 has always worked in 64 bit right up to Win 8.1 but I have not tried win 10 yet. I tend to use NI vintage organs these days. I usually bypass the built in Leslie and use Melda mVintageRotary.

My original version of East West Symphonic Orchestra Silver Kompakt Edtion still works...

But I don't have the B4...

I found a bunch of the old B4 presets in Kontakt 5's Factory Content, under Band>04 - Organ.

My favorite of the original presets from B4 that they rolled up into Kontakt 5 is the Je t'aime patch. (French for I love you).

Anyways, I hope that helps,

I still have 32 bit B4 and it works in 7 and 8.1 but I ended up going to 64 bit VB3 in my quest to only use 64 bit plugs so I wouldn't need BitBridge.

I was unaware that K5 included some B4 samples. I guess I'd better revisit the factory content, which I'd long ago written off as a mediocre last-resort sound source, the place you go to find the occasional clarinet sample.

Yup... The Vintage Organs collection is nice, as are a few of the organs under the Band library as Bob mentioned.   But the factory content is definitely worth going through for a lot of reasons - there are some gems in there IMO.

NI B4 worked in my Win 7 64 bit system with 64 bit pre-Platinum Sonar - but with issues.
Have yet to try Windows 10 or with Sonar Platinum.
The issues I had was if I didn't freeze the B4 tracks they would end up crashing Sonar.

NI's B4II works fine for me in my 64 bit Win 7 system.

But just to be sure I bought Vintage Organs.
