The Focusrite Plug In Collective for this month is Bias Amp LE, but I can't get the Positive Grid page to accept my redeem code and am stuck there.
            I can't download it, either, though I think the code has to be redeemed first.
Anyone else? Same ? or did you get it?  How?!?

I've tried that both with IE and FireFox, and there's no difference.
 
I can't get to my account there either nor find the contact tab, to email them.
I'll keep at it though. I'm sure there's some way around "whatever" .....

I wonder what the server time is there (on PG), since I kept the code from the previous offer but didn't try to download till this month. I got the same results, so by Positive Grid, you may have missed the window. Try submitting a ticket with them, but that page seemed hard to navigate.

Their website is TERRIBLE.  You have to go to the store to log in....

It's the most un-user friendly website I've ever seen...

Once you are logged in, you will see what you can download...

I redeemed mine earlier today.
 
Downloaded and installed it but I just can't seem to authorize it. I went through the instructions and even watched the video tutorial to no avail. Coupled with the time I've wasted on their web site trying to make sense of it, I figured it just wasn't worth the trouble.
 
I'm not wasting anymore time on this.
 
A shame because the software itself seems darn fine.

I don't think it will show up as Bias Amp LE...I think you download Bias Amp and it
allows you to use what is included in LE only....but I could be wrong...

I don't think it will show up as Bias Amp LE...I think you download Bias Amp and it
allows you to use what is included in LE only....but I could be wrong...

first i had to find a back door page to download the demo  (look for a link thats states demo available) its the demo for the full Bias no LE listed
 
all three of the plug ins they offered recently I had to instigate the plug OR standalone click the authorize button on the plugins GUI then follow the prompts , THEN LE becomes authorized.

Yeah, I watched the video and like the other PG from Focusrite PIC you have to upgrade the demo to LE
