I actually prefer the studio version of this song, but there is so much talent on this stage it blows me away. Joni Mitchell, Pat Metheny, Jaco Pastorius, Michael Brecker, Lyle Mays, Don Alias. What a groove.

I'm sure someone has already posted this at some point, in fact I may have even gotten the link from here, but I was just going through my YouTube favorites and rediscovered this gem. Still can't get over how fantastic the arrangement and guitar playing is, some of the best I've ever heard.

New release from Ninja Tunes. I am smitten. More than a little Zappa in its melodic lines, dense arrangement full of color, lovely mix with excellent depth.
