So many choices!  Not sure which direction I want to go in today!  I still haven't had that Larry Coryell day, and I need to have some time of metal day soon (maybe something different like Lacrimosa?).  Now Glyn's got me thinking about some Mostly Autumn and Panic Room (possibly followed by some Big Big Train)...

How about a Bill Nelson month? Look how many solo albums he has, and this list only goes back to 1998!!

Good idea.  I've got albums from him ranging from 1971 to 2011.  He's "only" released 31 albums since then...  How do you even remember the album names let alone the song names or how to actually play each???!

Ok, I'm starting in 1971 and going through 1981 (so, five albums since I'm not including any BeBop Deluxe for now).

Forgot how good even his oldest stuff was!

I'm 'friends' with BN on Facebook. He's an affable chap, but you can tell he gets a bit irked when people constantly bang on about 'Ships In The Night' and Maid In Heaven' etc, given the vast catalogue of music he's recorded since BBD

He's averaging about SIX albums a year right now!  So, every two months, he finishes one.  Wow...  How does he even have time for Facebook???

No idea if the quality of the last five years is any good; I have listened to any past 2011 yet.

Been listening to samples of his last 2 albums this evening, really nice stuff, beautifully produced (all analog/hardware in his studio apparently) His voice isn't what it was, but his guitar playing and ear for melody is intact.

Nice.  I'm going to wait until I work my way to the newer stuff I have before checking those out.  The growth progression is kind of interesting.  I guess he's never had writer's block, eh?  Damn...
