If you have one of these lying around I'm interested. 
Trying to put together a DOS based system. 
Also on lookout for earlier ad-lib, soundblaster type of cards.
As well as a DOS based version of Cakewalk :)

There were tons of ISA combo cards (sound card and MIDI).  A search on ebay for "midi isa card" turns up quite a few, though you will have to buy the breakout cable separately.

Thanks for the suggestion, but it's to new for me. I'm more on the look out for 80's early 90's stuff. Roland, Midiman, Voyetra etc dedicated MIDI cards. Secondarily for sound cards up to Soundblaster Pro.
