Loved the guitars.... such a clarity of tone.

As always, good work.

A tad too much verb/delay on the lead vox for a Waits style vocal. JMO.

Other than that no real negative crits.

Like it -- fun.  I like the way the backup vocals spice it up at the right times.

rockabilly? blues? i'd go glam-rock personally! of course top production but actually quite restrained for you. sounds quite intimate which i'm sure was a choice you made. cool beanz as ever from you.

Very nice James! The sparseness really makes each element stand out. Great job on the vocals, they fit the song very well.

Dan

I liked it....  it's different, not quite one thing or the other.   Sounds good all around either way though.   I wouldn't consider the vocals croaked out though, they sound pretty right to me.

Building on Mark's reference, maybe you've come up with a new genre - Glam-Rock-Abilly.

Glam? I really didn't see that one coming. Is it the fuzzy lead guitar?

Different for you James, but it does seem to work quite well here, thanks for sharing.
