Dan,
Another stellar performance! Your mix, changes and arrangements are like a giant field that keeps blooming continuously, getting more colorful each time!
Great dynamics, melody anf feel!

Dear dcumpian checked out "The Forest Queen" this morning with first cup of coffee and cigarette while waking up and looking at the woods behind my yard. Wow! What a treat. Very well done. I'm impressed. Thank-you.

Thanks for that Gerard. The woods are a great inspiration. I'm surrounded by them where I live, so the seasonal changes are always inspiring.

Yes, this is absolutely beautiful.  Listened on headphones and it is striking how perfectly formed it is in every way: song construction, melody, harmony, mix, everything.  Masterful.

Thank you so much! I appreciate the comments!

Breathtaking Dan. These are virtual instruments? I'm just curious as it is so beautiful. You should be scoring shows/movies.

Awesome..... Dan,

How long on average does it take you to finish a composition like that?  Do you also do the artwork for the tunes?

yea....your work is always so polished and well fitted. This type of music is right up my Irish alley but has to be done right to draw me in. This is a gem for sure and I've got nothing to add except high marks.

BTW what the hell do you use for the fvox?....wow just unreal.

Best tune I've heard on here in a long long time!!!

i was thinking this but you summed it up perfectly. anyone from James Horner to Arcana to Enya to Cradle of Filth would love to write this.

Thanks Mark! I've never deliberately tried to do "Celtic", but this one came almost fully formed in my head. In fact, I was in bed and it popped into my head and had to capture the idea on my phone, lol...

Very beautiful. I can see you have Komplete. Has it been used here?

Just as I suspected...  another perfectly executed piece, from composition to mix and everything between.  If I didn't know better I would think this was commercially released.    I also really liked the sense of space - big, but not overwhelming.   Just right.

Dan - this is just gorgeous man - your talent is just inspiring. This really makes my brain feel good. Your playing is so nice and the mix on this is perfect.

You and Stringjammer should collaborate on a tune - that would be something to hear.

Thanks Mark! I'm glad it makes you feel good!

Dan
