Faster, easier, more intuitive, and loaded with exciting new sounds, V Collection 5.3 is the best way to experience the amazing range of instruments V Collection offers and is an essential upgrade for the audio professional and hobbyist alike.

The all new Sound Store will let you try exciting, exclusive preset collections directly from within Analog Lab 2. Crafted by some of the best producers and sound designers around, they are ready to inspire your creativity.

The best part about the V Collection 5.3 update is that it makes updating much easier. How beautifully meta! The Arturia Software Center now allows you to update all your Arturia virtual instruments with one simple click.

In addition we have made different improvements to the instruments themselves. We’re continuously amazed by what our incredible community of V Collection owners create with our software instruments, and we hope that you love taking advantage of the new features in 5.3. Follow the link for more information on the update, and don’t forget to tag any tracks you create with V Collection by using #VCollection.

A word of warning, I am currently downloading from my account using Software Centre and its painfully slow for what for what are smallish files.

Edit - so slow it timed out my login and I had to restart the downloads, for some reason I now have to pick each instrument individualy (the old way).  There are probably too many users downloading at the moment. I will soon packup and try again in the morning.

I have timed out a couple of times. To restart the batch update, I click the update button below all the synths.

The updates completed overnight. Analog Lab 2 has had a eCommerce bit added where you can buy presets, I grabbed the 4 free ones, there are others available for a few Euros each. I might pick up the Tangerene Dream pack if I am looking for inspiration sometime.

The browsers have been improved, I have not noticed any other major differences yet but I have only had a quick look.

I can confirm that the banks downloaded in Analog Lab will also show up in the relevant individual instruments as well as Analog Lab. The free Iconic Vibration pack for Matrix 12 is rather nice.

Interesting.

I have the standalone versions of Matrix-12 and Wurli. Both updated just fine yesterday. However, neither has the new Store button. That must be unique to Analog Lab 2.

Yes, the store is only in Analog Lab.

This is exactly what i hate : software that try to connect to web when started , and that keeps trying , this fu....g shop thing is getting on my nerve period ... even when doing music , they want us to consume ...dudes i m making a track ...and it s like a guy banging on your door , like trying to sell you some ....

Joke apparts my main concern about this is the pdc hit it can create on the system latency ...

i think the asc is the place for the shop, not within the plugin itself, altho the analoglab is their gateway plugin so it's more understandable that it's there
