Mixwise it holds together well I think. You might lower the volume just a little on the sidestick, it seemed to jump out in spots. Vocals and bgv are pretty decent! As you transition from verse to chorus, you might think of a build-up of some kind?  as it is the verse just kind of "quits" and then it's chorus. Wondering if a transition would help keep the energy going?  Just a thought.

 Thanks Tom. I did this one about three years ago, and I would like to think I wouldn't leave that sidestick in these days!


The interesting thing about that song was that for the first time, I used a midi guitar (YRG2) to record the "piano" parts. It's had sporadic use since then, but it can be pretty labour intensive in terms of midi editing!
