For those of you kind enough to comment, the link in the original post is now the "new" mix. Hopefully the timing issues and the weird snare sounds are gone...would love to know what you think on the song now. Especially interested in any further production thoughts - i.e. the overall mix, if it sounds glued together. I used Craig Anderton's Week 69: The Super-Gentle “Lifter” Dynamics Processor on the Master Bus.

The new version is a definite improvement. The difficulty level of that swing timing on the bass is probably the only thing that stands out, timing-wise, but it is only really noticeable in a few spots. So, well done tightening everything up!
 
As to the mix, I think you've done a good job of bringing out the good stuff.
