sounds a little too quantized.  Did you perform it? ER quantized isn't quite it.  Maybe robotic or mechanical?  Are you a bot John?  It's ok if you are.  I spent years talking to a bot in a gay chat room.

I wrote it using Sonar and my A49. I am not a Bot. I am who I said I am. I just posted a composition like everyone else. I don't know what quantized means. I used Addictive Keys. I don't know what your chat room experience has to do with anything.

I though that it sounded wonderful. Listening to this is a great way to relax on a Sunday morning.

You made Addictive Keys sound very good! I have AddKeys as well, I'm guessing you had another eq/compression or limiter/reverb in the chain? Would love to hear those details, I'm always struggling

Very nice playing throughout, especially towards the end, where it got dynamic in the softer passage.

thanks,
-Tom

Thanks for taking the time to listen. I am really glad you liked it. It was meant to be mellow, like watching my dad cook Sunday morning breakfast. Thanks again.

Hi Thanks for taking the time to listen to my song. I am really happy you liked it. I wrote it using Addictive Keys but I swapped the Addictive keys for a Bechstein 280 sample from EastWest Piano Gold, when I got the CloudComposer subscription, just to try it out (but not because I don't like the Addictive Keys). I liked the sound so I kept it. I use Addictive keys a lot. Sorry for the confusion.

Some of the lines do sound a little quantized (perfect timing) and/or lacking velocity variation, but overall I really liked the piece and I also thought it sounded really good.   Solo piano isn't necessarily the simplest thing to pull off well but IMO you did.

Hi. Thanks for the feedback, it's really helpful. I'll take a look at changing the timing and velocities up a bit. I think I was a bit too focussed on making the timing perfect. Thanks again for taking the time to listen and for the encouragement. I am really happy that you liked it.
