It's now available as an 11-hour
audio book, complete with sound effects, music and a cast of several. 10 bucks on Mixerman's website (less than iTunes or Amazon).
I haven't heard it yet, but intend to order a copy because
Adventures is one of my all-time favorite books about recording. If you haven't read this book, or any of his others such as
Zen and the Art of Mixing, I highly recommend it for your summer reading list. Imagine Ubiquitous Bubba writing about recording instead of aliens, that's Mixerman.
