after installing they open but are stuttering on what ever track they are on .... any help please ?
 

My version of SPlat is about 4 months old, but i have no issues with Waves 32-bit plugins.
Which plugins are you using?  It sounds like your buffer setting may need to be increased - stuttering is often a case of overtaxing your PC.  LP plugins, and other synths can often push this quickly.

Why are you using 32 bit plugs?  Does the Gold bundle not come in a 64 bit version?  If you're using Splat in 64 bits you should be using 64 bit plugs.

That would be my question. In the case where one is stuck using 32bit plug-ins running a 32bit host is the better solution. Both 32 and 64bit SONAR may be installed on the same machine and may help while transitioning to 64bit.

Check for updates to your software.  They should be free to a registered owner.  Good luck, I've been using an ADK desktop since 2009, and it's still going strong.

IIRC, the Gold Bundle is a bunch of individual VSTs.  Some may tax your system.  If you're using everything that Waves lists in the Gold Bundle, you'll definitely be bogging down your 8Gb of RAM.
Your best bet would be to buy more RAM (i've got 16 and almost never get the stutters).  Otherwise, increase your buffer settings.  This adds a little delay to the processing, so that the VSTs don't have to react so quickly.
 
Increasing the buffer will make it harder to record live instruments, which is the trade-off.  So minimize the processing when you're recording, and lower the buffer.  Then, when you're using Synths or mixing, add the VSTs at that point and increase the buffer to accommodate.
