I have backups...but sadly...didn't help, as, after I uninstalled the iLok
software, which ALWAYS requires a reboot, PC died...as in no boot...
couldn't even do a startup repair...so, after babysitting all day here
I sit redoing everything to get to the backups....

BRIGHT SIDE - iLok works again...LOL  since I had to intstall a previous
version.

As for file check and disk checking etc...I had already done all that...there
were no issues...

Something got deleted that shouldn't have when iLok Manager got uninstalled

I have the previous version backed up on my storage drive...I don't
think iLok keeps the previous version up when a new one comes out.

If you PM me your email address I'll send it to you...3.1.5 version...

I have both dropbox and OneDrive...I just hate using them...
they take up "disk space"...and SADLY, both locally and in the Cloud...
kinda dumb....but...hey...it's their baby

there is no reason dropbox takes up any space on your local drives, you just go to the web site, log in and upload whatever, make it shared, then get the link and make it available to whomever you choose

the program itself takes up real estate....thanx Grim!

OneDrive likes to "shadow everything" making it 10 times as bad...

I use Google Drive. No software required other than my browser. No sync to local drives. A quick check of free file hosting services bubbled up http://www.filehosting.org/. Looks simple enough. Files are available for at least 20 days. Might be a good solution.
