Unit works perfectly but I can't launch the Firewire UFX panel on my PC (on my Win 7 laptop it works 100%). Totalmix also won't see it but Totalmix sees my HDSP9652.

All drivers are updated - I seem to recall it was fine just before the new Win 10 upgrade.

Not sure which Windows upgrade you mean, I'm on the Fall Creator version of Win 10 all is working with UFX here.

TotalMix and the Settings app both have tabs to select which device you are controlling. TM is in the upper right corner, and Settings has tabs at the top. Hopefully it's something simple like this.

I haven't had to do this for a while, but you may have to delete the RME software and drivers, and reinstall after a restart.

So after a Skype/Teamviewer session with Joost at RME we have established that the problem is in fact a Windows registry issue... PHEW!
