Just have to go to Boston, fill out the appropriate paper work and pay the filing fee.
In 6 to 8 weeks you should get your check.
 

Actually considering there are license fees involved this is pretty generous.
 
 

Actually looking at it, the patents may be expired at this point. So maybe they don't have to pay anymore. Not 100% sure though.
