Yup, something is wrong! I loaded a project that used it and now can't access.

Is it there as a plugin that you use in the fx section or as a prochannel one(where you find the comp and eq supplied by cakewalk)?

I use the LA-2A on my UAD card for certain things but it's not my go to tool. I prefer the LA-3A as it seems more stable to me.

I uninstalled and reinstalled.  Same scenario...does not show up...
Show under my FX...but not in the PC...

It may be the VST2 CA-2A is not getting scanned. The VST2 CA-2A dll serves as the full size VST2 plug-in and the PC format. IIRC, the VST2 plug-in installs in C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Vstplugins\CA2ALevelingAmplifier.
