+1 on The Unfinished, PluginGuru and Hollo Sound. they are by far the best 3 developers of Omnisphere patches out there. Pretty much anything they make is golden.
 
Also use a few by Plughugger, Audiority, Peter James, Rocky Mountain Sounds (who now makes patches for PluginGuru), Luftrum and a few other random ones.

If I would be allowed to only keep one set, it would be PlugInGuru MegaMagic.

I wouldn't accept using just one set. Too many good ones.
