Offer is good April 1-3 only. I snatched it up. I'm glad I waited! This is for version 3.7. Here are the details that I received concerning version 4:
"(Get Mixbus32C now, and you'll be eligible for a reduced-price upgrade path when v4 is launched on May 1st)"
Not sure how much the "reduced price" will be, but I'm still glad I got the deal on 3.7!

I hope the upgrade deal will be a good one. I got in on 32c at the same price... not upgraded mixbus to v4 because I might not need that when 32c goes v4

same here.

Thought I'd bump this as the link is still good for $99.  (It was as of this morning, anyway, when I bought it).  Same with the $39 deal for Mixbus.
 
Of course, my purchase may have clued them in that a backdoor was still open at the lower prices.  (If you don't use the links and go directly to the site and try to buy Mixbus/32C, you'll see $79 and $299 respectively).
