recorded too hot it's clipping. is this one i've heard before on here? not sure.
love the keyboard work.
guitar playing is as usual stellar
drums OK
needs vocals though!
Thanks Mark, it's the same version, I lost a bunch of Master tracks but I still have most of my older Mixdowns from songs I recording in the past. I have been trying to decide what I might want to re-do from those.
Your right, I had it waaaaay to hot on the tracks at the time, I had no idea what I was doing at the time I recorded this, I've learned a lot more, but I am still no pro mixer or recording pro.
I recorded this on Music Creator 5, Since then I upgraded to Music Creator 7 late last year. Then I got a special offer to upgrade to Sonar Artist and got that but didn't record much. In the last couple weeks I took the plunge and upgraded to Sonar Pro, but I still haven't recorded anything new, I'm looking to find something of mine where I can spend a lot of time and make it the best I can and not rush anything like I used to do all the time in the past. I am loving playing around with this Sonar Pro Daw, I can see it being a big help for me.
I'm hoping to upgrade to TH3 Overlouds Full version sometime soon, I have been using Line 6's Pod Farm 1, which I have 3 of their packages for it, the FX Junkie, Classic, and Metal, so I am hesitant to upgrade to Pod Farm 2 Platinum which I would like to do also. I tried a demo of TH3 Full and I really like the sounds it can produce.
Your right on about the drums, I couldn't agree more, in the past I was using Studio Drums first version and Session Drummer 2, now since I got Sonar Pro I have Session Drummer 3 which I think sound great with some of the Steven Slate stuff, also got Addictive Drums 2 with 1 choice for a drum pak, I chose "Black Velvet" sound pretty good.
Thanks Man!!! I appreciate the kind comments.
