When I played my first show with the BFCH, a couple of Skins were asking about you (and spoke really highly of you).  I'd had a few drinks, and wasn't quite sure what side of the fence they were on.  It was a pleasant conversation where I was very ready to bottle them if things went wrong...  A very weird experience.
Strange to be a "bleeding heart leftie" with a backbone!

His ramblings may not, but his personal reputation does.  I've never met Beepster, but we've got a few mutual friends that think very highly of him.  
You seem like a decent guy too. I'm not sure how this conflict got started, but I suspect it's due to the misunderstandings that seem to happen on forums and get taken too seriously.
