Yes , He looks a little too calm with that $hit eating smirk on his face . Plus he is holding arms in front of his torso exactly like Stephen Seagal does right before he throws down ...

A friend sent me that link, as we're thinking of selling our condo and moving to that area.
NO F'ING WAY!!!!  It's less than 1/2 the price of my tiny shoebox in the sky, but I don't think I could have walked through that house!

We'd have to burn it down and start from scratch. Which would negate the price difference in moving.
