I honestly think my granny had the same stuff up. Her carpet during the 70's was pretty interesting as well.

My condo is just under 700 sq ft, and worth about about $400K US.   Housing within an hour of Western Lake Ontario is absurd.

Sounds like where I was in Irvine California.  Sold my <900 sq. ft. condo there for $388,000 (in 2003).
