Voxengo has released CRTIV Reverb, a stereo reverberation effect plug-in for professional music production applications, available in AAX, AudioUnit, VST and VST3 plug-in formats (including native 64-bit support), for Mac OS X (v10.7 and later), and Windows computers.
This reverb plug-in provides a wide palette of reverb spaces while requiring only a minimal effort to use. The tails created are very dense and produce a well-defined spatialization. Since the reverb uses a kind of "true stereo" algorithm the panned sounds receive a good stereo field placement.

I use Voxengo's free reverb (OldSkoolReverb) all the time when I need some ambiance on guitars or keys.
