Softube has updated its plug-ins / software to 2.4.11 Mac / 2.4.12 Windows.
The new release contains a new
Modular module, the west coast classic
Doepfer A-101-2 Vactrol LPG. This is Doepfer's modernized take on the Buchla LPG (low-pass gate) concept, with features added. Get it before April 30 for $29. After this date, the price will be $39. Softube also added a bunch of presets for
Modular.
On the
Console 1 side of things compatibility with new UAD compressors is here: all the 1176 versions (five different ones) and Chandler Limited Zener Limiter. Just as any
Console 1 compatible plug-ins, these integrate seamlessly with the
Console 1 mixer. Furthermore,
Console 1 adds a wet/dry function to any compressor or limiter that is loaded in its Compressor slot—even if the original compressor plug-in did not have this function from the beginning.
