This is one of my favorite movements (I've written 35 symphonic movements so far):
Symphony #6, 1st movement

The entire work in on this album:  www.jerrygerber.com/timeshadows.htm

I hope you enjoy the music!

Lots of work went into this!  I think the results speak for themselves, it's great.

+1 to the above...    it certainly is up to your standards!

Really good dynamics throughout both in arrangement and key-switching, some very cool string lines, and loved the mouth harp (?) accents.

I like, nicely captured, good arrangement and composition, some nice bits that made me smile.

So my question is "Where does that "E major triad-C minor triad scale" come from? It's beautiful.

This chord is not derived from a particular scale.  It is what is known as a polychord, the juxtaposition of two triadic chords in a chromatic double mediant relationship (c-e being the "mediant", "chromatic" meaning not part of the major-minor system of chords/scales, and "double" meaning that one chord is major and the other minor.

If you take the 6 notes of both chords you'll have c-eb-e-g-g#-b, so there's your scale!
