FWIW I don't have a degree or any certifications. I've only attended one UCLA Night Course IT related and after 3 of the 12 sessions I already knew all there was to know to do my job. Those wwere before the days of "free" training on the intertubeznetz.

I "grew up" in programming in 1977-1978 with mostly self-taught OJT and have been programming (or is it hacking?) almost non-stop ever since (except for that three year stretch in 2011-2014 and even then I was doing some coding/spec work).

Oh!  Maybe you're the one who hijacked my tablet camera and watched me masturbate!

That's it.  IIRC it's "fat and psychopathic wives ..."

That was a great album.  Some nice tidbits on The Final Cut too.  Especially Not Now, John

Yeah, I remember buying it, as soon as it was released, getting it onto the deck and thinking, blimey, what's all this racist stuff. Then, as you listen to it properly, everything slots into place and you realise it is a very cool conceptual album.

You could tell that RW was losing it by this time, though, and I just didn't get on with Final Cut at all I'm afraid. I was never aware of what was going on in the band at the time, but I've seen a few documentaries about PF since and it all makes sense now.

I have the greatest respect for RW and I think he was sorely missed, really. I bought Division Bell, but that was more like a Dave Gilmour solo album to me. Loved it, but not really PF...

All time fave, for me, was Meddle, only because it was the first album of theirs that I got as a Christmas present, way back when.

I used to listen to Meddle on long road trips.  It just seemed to fit.

PF is only one of 2 full collections I own.  The other LZ.

Great thing about LZ is, it's not a massive collection, even if you add in the various offshoots and the latest Mothership stuff.

I think we've got everything Zepp, including video.

Saw them in 79 at the first Knebworth weekend.

Seen Percy umpteen times since he's been doing his Strange Sensation and later stuff.

My missus would leave me to be with Percy...

I took this picture on a pilgrimage up to Bron-y-aur:-

And it was used in Jimmy Page's photo book... My only claim to fame...

Bit of déjà vu here Bob because I'm pretty sure I've posted the Bron-y-aur pics before, and when I did, you followed it up with the picture of an astronomical object haha!

Old age... I'm surprised I remembered that at all...

I remember that.  I posted a pic I took of the Ring Nebula.  You had a cool color Ring Nebula as your profile pic.

Getting old is great.  I meet new people every day!!
