Oooooh, here we go. I'm hoping the TriplePlay packs are a good sampler of EastWest products. I don't have much of their stuff so I am more jazzed about that than the Fishman angle.

Well, that's better, the update actually worked this time and it no longer claims I need to update the pianos.

It still says 1.2.5 installed, 1.2.6 available for me.

BassDaddy download the installer from Soundsonline support page. This solved the problem. I had the same problem and support suggested that I download from the support page.

It still says 1.2.5 installed, 1.2.6 available for me.
I was still a few versions behind as previous updates had failed. EW do have a problem with their updates. I am glad I did not attempt the apparently unnecessary piano updates.

Hmmm - much better.
 
I had to manually download and install v1.2.5
v1.2.6 updated smoothly and my Platinum Pianos are now a single product (instead of 4 individual Pianos) and they don't require updating.
