Thanks to you both for the reply!

I think I am not fully understanding this.  Do I have to assign the vocal track to an output to add reverb?
What if I simply want to add reverb to the input that the vocalist is recording on?  I don't want to add reverb to the rest of the mix; I just want the singer to hear what he/she is recording but with some reverb (but only the dry vocal input is being recorded).  It sounds like it would be easier, esp. if the reverb can't be recorded anyway.

Thanks again!

Yes,  Reverb is only added to the monitoring section, not added to the recorded track and only through direct mix A.

See Craig Andertons review for reverb sound samples and Full photos of the built in Mixer and patch bay for routing.

+1 for the Octa-Capture I am ordering one to add in to my VS-700 and Focusright octopre set up to give my self 24 inputs.

I am interested to know how you guy have found the auto sensitivity feature ? I have heard its good for drums.

Has any one used this yet and can share there thoughts ?

I have to say that since I changed from the E-MU 1616m to the Roland OC, I have had no BSD. Sonar will crash occasionally but far less than it used to.

Just bought one myself.  Have not had a chance to install it yet, I am waiting on a new pc.  I am liking what I have heard about it.

For those who have already installed - How hot does it get?  Can it be left on 24/7?

I am looking forward to getting the new pc and the studio back up and running.
