Yes I have tamales. I Am cooking for the special lady (formally known as X) she knows who she is. I Am also cooking Mexican rice and pinto beans with blue chips with my salsa/picante sauce and southern sweet tea. To cover the rice and beans I have cheddar and  onions along with my chili sauce. I know how to treat a woman! I Am taking her shopping after that!

Pffft. Jalapenos are for wimps. They're way too mild.

During the years I lived overseas, I never wanted for good eats (yes, even in England). But the one thing I really missed, and my first priority on my return to 'Marca, was some quality Mexican food. Enjoy it while it's still legal.

I'm not a big fan of any food.  Except when I'm in Mexico.  Then I gorge myself on the local fare.
