It's an "adaptive limiter" that uses Darwinian algorithms.
It limits the funds in your bank account and you either adapt or not.

There is also this, the SAWStudio DAW, a hopelessly outdated DAW from the early 90's (with an interface frozen in that era) which costs a whopping $2500 for the full version. As far as I know, it doesn't even support MIDI editing without a costly add-on.

The website's frozen in the 1990's too....complete with super-low resolution videos that aren't even embedded, you have to download them and view in your own player. 
 
On the plus side, apparently the whole thing is written in assembly language.
