Reconstituted meats, and processed meats like spam need to be banned. Only the pure meat cuts fresh from the animals should be considered suitable for human consumption, and similarly fresh 100% fish fillets.
 
Though proper salmon fillets are rather expensive, they cost £5.50 for two at my nearest supermarket but salmon is my favorite fish.
 
The real ham slices for sammiches, and pre stuffed chickens wrapped in becan ready for roasting at home are also proper gud.
