I guess Facebook doesn't want me to make any money yet. They've frozen my ad account (which happens too much for several reasons, mine is simply because the page is too new). Anyway, they're screwing up my timing since they want a copy of a bank statement showing my name and the credit card on file but, since the card is new, I don't have one yet. Hopefully my monthly statement will arrive tomorrow... Bastages! 
That's weird, I've advertised on Facebook a lot and don't recall them ever wanting a copy of a bank statement, and I started advertising from day 1 of my page creation. Maybe they changed it. By the way keep a close eye on the metrics and stats of your ad campaign - I once started a campaign to generate likes and I specifically targeted New Yorkers and within a 10 mile radius. 2000 likes later and I started noticing that most of them were coming out of Mexico, and of course those likes are useless because they're not local, not potential customers and never engage with anything on your page. Facebook basically ripped me off. I complained about it but as you can imagine never got a response - like Google, Facebook sees itself as this giant automated monolith which deals with customer complaints and questions by referring you to generic help documents.
