I listened to this, but in it's present state it's difficult for me to understand what you're trying to achieve. Since it's pretty difficult to get a convincing vocal sound using the samples you've used , I would opt for strings or even a pianosound to give us an impression what you're trying to achieve. Or play it on guitar maybe ?
