Paradise can only be seen by using dashboard lights

I've never been to either (except for an airport transfer in Miami).
I'd like to visit both, but will probably need to wait a few years.  I suspect that currently I'm on a Do Not Allow list.
 
I've got a couple of "paradise on earth's."  Anguilla, Saint Martin, or for the US, New Orleans.

Forget all the fancy lifestyles of the rich and famous type places ...
