It sounds like a great start. Like many of the other comments, I'd love to hear those drums get replaced with a fuller sound. I switched to the new mix half way through and the mix definitely improved :-) I love the overall vibe of the track. Very cool. Also maybe switch up the lead instrument from that synth sound at some point, introduce a totally different lead sound for a while and then go back to it. Something like that.

Good blend of sounds here. As some has said, the drums sounds muffled. I think the melodies are nice. It gets a little too crazy at 0:50, I would change the background harmony to something that fits the melody better.

Definitely at great start. It does get to be a bit monotonous with programmed drums and bass.  Seems to need something to break it up a bit or mix it up. A change of instrumentation could help. Work on some of the dynamics  in your phrasing would really go a long way.  The melodies are nice but they tend to meander without a clear direction without (a song) structure.  Pad tones are really cool, BTW.

Thank you all for the nice comments and good tips! I found out that putting on good sounding dynamics was more difficult than i thought it would be. And more work than I thought. Also improving the mix feels very difficult. I also made a new tune which I am going to concentrate on, as I feel this tune is not worth the work it feels I would have to invest on at the moment. I try to use your tips on my new tune but although I have done this music writing relatively long I still have trouble doing the simplest things (I mean the things you probably already find simple, like the dynamics thing). I am however grateful although I am leaving this tune half ready for now. Sorry if I let you down (not the first time I am afraid). If I have the time however I will also try to improve this tune, even though I have not too much to use.
