This is a new version of Prince Albert's Cave.  It's faster, I added a little reverb.  Is it out of balance?  I can't tell if the bass is too loud.

Is the title *Deep and Shallow* a better title? How about *Frothy Coffee*?

This is what happens when you have 8 songs posted on the first page. Just sayin'.

I never heard the old version so can't comment on whether it's improved. I liked the harp (?) but it's waaay over on the left (listening through headphones). Bottom end sounds OK to me.

Thanks James! :D  BTW I didn't know I had 8 on the first page!  I'll mellow out.  I thought the song postings would move faster, my bad.

The bass is ok in my headphones. I think the first string part is a bit blurry, I can't hear the musical frases. Maybe a shorter/longer string sound mixed together? The harp part is great, get it more in the center (even if it often sits to the left in a concert hall, as an audience you don't hear the pan so extreme). Pull the end out a bit so the last chord of the song gets ambiance.
Good work and interesting music!

Thank you so much,  that's what I needed to hear.  I'll check the panning, and the advice on the last note is important;  it's the last thing people will remember.

Leizer,  that's the criticism I got from my agent:  the samples sound too mechanical.  How can I make them more sforzando or even staccato and *lighter on the strings*;  Is there a midi command for an accent?  Also, I could have more variation in dynamics in the chamber sections. They sound mechanical because they aren't really phrased.

If it is EastWest play youre using strings from, take it easy with the velocity and use expression to get the music phrased. If youre unsure how to edit expression, here is an example I  found, there are probably better tutorials if you look for it (expression is the dots on the bottom of the screen):

About the sforzando and staccato - use shorter and more attacky sounds. If you need both long a short notes with attack at the same time, blend in a longer sound to the shorter one.
