Downloaded the new WinInstall file for MJUC but Windows will not open the file. I get an error message. I am running Windows 10 x64. I have the earlier version of that opened fine. Am I missing something? Thanks for the post.

Thanks for noticing the MJUC update. I missed it. I downloaded the update from the User area, unzipped and installed it no problem. No complaints from Win10. I'd say that the d/l was bad, but if the distribution file unzipped, then the installation exe should be fine.
 
What exactly do you mean by "Windows will not open the file"? What happens? What do you see?

download it again, sounds like a corrupted download
