Hi all, and hopefully someone can help with this.
 
Due to an OS crash I had to re-install Windows and Sonar X3 Producer.  My problem is this:  Any track that I edited in any project with Melodyne will not play unless I disable the VST.  Then the vocal and all the other tracks play.  When enabled, only the rest of the project plays.  I have checked to be sure that Sonar is loading the VST, also that the paths to the Melodyne Recordings, etc is set in the Melodyne preferences.  I did the Sonar install of Melodyne, then installed my Editor version of Melodyne over the top.  The Melodyne forum says that if I have the Recordings and they have not been deleted, they should restore and play, but they don't.  Any ideas or settings inside of Sonar that someone can help me with?  Thanks in advance.  BTW, I'm posting this here because I don't see a Melodyne specific group to address it to.

You don't need to install Molodyne Editor 'over the top'. It's the same plugin application. You just supply the serial number for editor and you are good to go. Make sure you update it to the latest version if required.

Did you use Melodyne as a traditional VST plugin or as a Region FX using ARA?   The ARA method requires that the VST3 version be installed.
