Ok, one day it's there and the next it's not.  It's not in region FX; I'm not able to convert to MIDI by dragging to MIDI clip (as I often did).

Noticed it yesterday; probably last used it a week ago.

Anybody have any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Does it display in the Browser as an available VST3 plugin?   That is the version used by Region FX.

Thanks, I'll check that, but I also own the full Editor, so that might show up there. I wouldn't particularly care, except in the full version I don't know how to quickly convert audio to MIDI, i.e., by dragging audio to a MIDI track.

Thanks

Not showing as VST3 in either browser or plugin manager.  I reinstalled the X3e patch, re-scanned, and got an error message that Melodyne was unstable, but I selected enable anyhow.  Then the scan got hung on another (probably full version?) of Melodyne and eventually froze altogether.  Still not showing in Region FX, but full version still exists.

So weird and out of the blue.

Maybe temporarily turn off your antivirus.
Run chkdsk in case of disk corruption.

BTW melodyne editor and the lite version uses the same executable files it's just the serial that changes the behaviour.

Oh and please make sure you are on the latest melodyne patch.

So, I removed the VST2 .dll from the scan path, reset and rescanned, and Melodyne is back in the region FX
