Sounds mostly like you, though I hear something just a bit different than other recent pieces... can't quite put my finger on it.

Anyhow, the main melody and supporting structure is a nice listen.  And the synths fill the space well.   The drums could still use a little work, but you probably already know that.

Thank you for commenting Steve.
The other recent tunes I have sent here are not so recent. This one is about 4 months young, so not new, although I for some reason said so in SoundCloud. I have made many newer tunes but they are made by humming or piano or with a keyboard not connected to sonar and i have found it very difficult to put them to sonar as I have crap patience and difficulties to play things exactly as I hear them IF they are a bit long or difficult otherwise to play. The 'riff' in the beginning and after the first chorus remind me and probably many of the Gina G song Ooh ,aah just a little bit's riff. My drums are a mess. I put a couple of sample loops and SI Drum synth together to make the drums sound bigger.
Edit: I made some minor changes to this tune just before sending it and also tried to mix it well.

Very nice. Not familiar with the other song you wanted a comparison with, but here are my notes. Keep in mind, they are personal preference only. Too much reverb on the drums. Try not to rely on effects to gain space. Use your stereo field to your advantage. Everything else seems to be panned center. Try moving this around to fill out the space and you'll find you actually won't need much reverb. Just my two cents. Love the tune though!

The reason I compare the intro with Gina G is mainly because the sound is alost the same, not the melody. I liked the mix of sounds. The string melody gets a bit dull after a while.

Thank you for the nice words and tips. My mixing is still very basic so drums have the same reverb as other instruments. In the future i will try Møre advanced tricks like your tips.

Sorry for the late response.
Thank you for the comments. I was afraid the intro thingy is too similar. The string melody is far from good I agree.

Strangely appealing. I like it though I'm not a fan of this style.

Is that your "A Day in the Life?"  It came on after. That was spectacular!

Thank you for your comment. I didn't do a cover song that I know of but like I said the intro reminded me of the Gina G song. But of course it can be that the tune is a copy but I don't think so. I have tried doing covers a long time ago but it didn't work out well.
