When I went to check I found updates for 17 of my composer cloud products. Not sure what's changed but the downloads are pretty small.
 
Curiously when I went to update Solo Cello Gold, it said version 1.0 is already installed and aborted the update. Installation on all the others I tried so for went ahead.

Apparently the new Installer only updates what needs updating. If nothing happens, your libraries are up to date.

Well it still says the Solo Cello needs updating, but apparently it does not.

Oops.

I keep installing 1.2.4 but it stays on 1.2.3
 
Too lazy to uninstall it completely right now and reinstall. :P

Looks like Choirs has a decent sized update. I really wish they would have made Hollywood Choirs. :(

Same here, still got 1.2.3.
I have iLock v1, maybe new version doesn't support it?
 
About uninstalling etc. first -  I fall in same boat as TerraSin, if this girl's going make me bring flowers before we dance - she can wait.

Looks like everything I had 'cept Harp Diamond had an update.
I thought 1.2.3 was supposed to tell you when things had updates?
Had to manually check each library.
