HI!
I am trying to bounce 4 tracks down to one single track in Sonar X2. I select the 4 tracks, click "Bounce to Track", select Tracks as my source category, New Tracks as my destination, and click OK. However, instead of bouncing down the 4 tracks to 1 it just bounces them down to 4 new tracks, identical to the original 4. I've tried a bunch of different settings but none of them do what I need them to do. Any ideas?

Thank you in advance!

are you making sure you are selecting the content of the tracks, and have Entire Mix selected in the Source Category menu of the Bounce to Track dialog?

Wrong "Source Category". To mix down 4 tracks any "Source Category" but Tracks will do the job.
Either route the tracks to a special bus and select the bus from "Buses"
or
solo the desired tracks or mute all the other tracks and use "Entire Mix" or "Main Outputs".

Thank you for the quick and accurate replies! I thought I had tried "entire mix" as source category but apparently I hadn't. I just did another mixdown using entire mix and it solved the problem. Thanks again!
