I've been working in Sonar X2 for almost a year now and have been getting the hang of it. I've pretty much stayed off the net and tried to figure out things myself (probably this is both a blessing and a curse

) but I think the time has come to address some things that I can't get my head around. Thanks in advance! Been reading threads for the past hour and appreciate the kind of help people are getting on here.
#1 I have an guitar-only interface that records in 44.1 kHz. Usually when mixing I use my Focusrite which I set to 96 kHz, but when I open the project I've made (44.1 kHz) and try to use it with my interface, I can't. Is there any way I can change the project sample rate or audio sample rate so that I could then open the project using a 96 kHz sample rate?
#2 After doing volume automation on tracks, is there any easier way to lower all (or some) of the tracks by a couple dB without inserting a gain plugin on every track?
#3 Is there any way to freeze more than one track at a time? Same thing for bouncing.
#4 I've noticed that when a track is recording you cannot do things like load up a preset of ProChannel or add a plugin. Is this default or can it be changed?
#5 When using the browser within Sonar to add loops, I cannot play or insert them into a mix. Not sure why but it just sits there.
#6 When audio engine is playing back a track I notice that if I add a 32-bit plugin (using the bridge for 64-bit) Sonar either a) crashes or b) says that the plugin is missing - and in both cases I have to restart Sonar to get it working again correctly. Is this normal?
#7 If I stop playback somewhere in the song, and go to the start and press play, I always have any reverb/delay tails from the area that I was playing back from before. This is also found on mixdowns for some reason.
All I can think of at the moment. Haven't been recording/mixing today so I may add more in the future. I totally love the DAW and it's the best I've worked on even after trying out Adobe Audition (3.0), Reaper, Podium and Logic Pro 10.
