I have the new Amplesound Precision Bass VI and notes don't stop when Stop is pressed. Furthermore, if I press Play again, the old notes that have not stopped ringing, now ring with the new notes being played. 
 
Amplesound support say it's fine in Cubase, notes stop on Stop, so I'm wondering if it's some sort of obscure bug in Sonar?
