When we were little kids there was an old geezer who would chase us off of his lawn with a broom (not that I am implying anything) ... it was very effective and had the additional benefit of leaving emotional scars.
Are you sure that old geezer wasn't the Butler? Prolly would've left a bass impression on the youngsters...
