I think it's a good watch. They obviously don't like MP3s because of what it does to the sound of the songs. I think they make a good case for not prosecuting those that trade MP3s though. Nobody ever complained when people made mix tapes as they were big back before MP3s. Since MP3s lose audio quality, which I believe is why they never complained about mix tapes, they have no ground to stand on in prosecuting those who downloaded MP3s. They seem to forget the loudness war and the bad quality that produced.
