What does the "region 1" mean in this title? 
 

In any other context I'd say it's the DVD region code for Americas, but I've always thought the CW DVDs are  region code zero,  usable everywhere. Anyway, they are data DVDs, not movies.  So could it be it's a home-burned copy with local region code? Just guessing.

Well it's possible that someone would go to the bother of fabricating a Sonar Box, but somehow this deal looks like it has a high probability of being legit version that is just un registered yet. 
The E bay rules state that it is has to be an unopened box from the original manufacture.

Why would someone have an unopened copy of a purchased product lying around?
