Hi,
since Cakewalk's support seems to ignore my inquiry for almost two weeks now, I'm going to ask here for help.
I've recently purchased the upgrade to X3 Producer and while all the serial numbers and registration codes are in my store account, I can't for the life of me find the serial for Melodyne.
And as I said, Cakewalk's support isn't helpful either. Right after I've submitted the support form I received an confirmation by email
"We have received your question and will reply as soon as possible." - After a week of no response I asked again - still nothing
So, how am I getting the information I need when the people who are supposed to help, don't?
